General competencies and skills trainees will gain include, but are not limited to, clean room / sterilization, quality and regulatory, automation and processes, good documentation practices, career track options, and foundational professional skills.

Through Pathmaker-validated programs, individuals can receive training stipends and other supporting services to address barriers, including transportation. For many programs, residents only need to fill out a simple form to become enrolled.
