The MLSC understands that in order to cultivate a diverse and robust life sciences workforce, we must help inspire, train, and create opportunities for the next generation of life sciences professionals. To do that, the MLSC awards transformational grants that enable educators across the talent pipeline to purchase industry-standard lab equipment, supplies, and technology.
