Nanopath Receives $4 Million in Grants from National Institutes of Health and National Science Foundation

Nanopath announced it received $4 million in funding – a $3 million grant from the NIH and a $1 million grant from the National Science Foundation. The molecular diagnostics company aims to disrupt traditional testing methodologies and equitably improve the lives of patients, starting with women, by providing actionable molecular information within a single office visit.

Nanopath was a MassNextGen awardee. The MLSC initiative is designed to support underrepresented entrepreneurs by providing them with a year-long customized package of support, which includes non-dilutive grant funding and access to a network of seasoned professionals from the life sciences ecosystem helping them to refine their business strategies and effectively raise capital.
