The MLSC was proud to support the Massachusetts Science & Engineering Fair and present Wilfredo Villanueva Erazo of Pioneer Charter School of Science with the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center Trailblazer Award for their project on Classification and Diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori Infections in Histopathological Images Using a Deep Learning Convolutional Neural Network: Phase One. MLSC President and CEO Kirk Taylor offered opening remarks at the convening.
