Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a business imperative. As early-stage biotech companies grow, it is essential for founders and leaders to champion DEI in their actions, words, and behaviors. LabCentral Ignite is partnering with Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) to provide in-person DEI Leadership Training to biotech startups.
Companies with 12+ employees can participate in 5 days of intensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leadership training (May 18-20 and June 1-2), plus quarterly virtual check-ins and membership in our Community of Progress – providing resources to support your work for a full year. Each company can have a maximum of 2 representatives participate. There is limited space available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Learn more and sign up here!
